i am worried that it was a stolen laptop, my friend said me that it might be possible, suggest me the way how can get rid of this problem. it's locked written when i started it over.|||My suggestion is to format disk and install fresh copy of Windows (linux, mac whatever you use). If you can't access the BIOS menu, then you need to take it to some hardware service store.|||Never buy a laptop refurb or second laptop, unless it's from a trusted site. Such as Tigerdirect or warehousepoint.
If you think that it is stolen take it to the police, otherwise contact the place you bought it from.
