How to purchase shares of ipo's at grey market?

Basically before an IPO happens and shares are available to trade on the exchanges the bank that underwrote the offering whether its goldman sachs or merrill or whoever trades those shares within and allocates some to special customers. They may or may not get better prices than IPO.





So to answer your question you have to call the underwriter of the IPO and request shares and if you are lucky they will sell you some before the IPO occurs.|||What grey markey for ipo's??
