Registering/transferring a grey market car from FL to PA?

Hello, I recently came across several gray market cars (non NHTSA or DOT compliant) of one I'd like to purchase. The vehicle I'm interested in is registered and titled in FL, before I seal the deal on this car, will I have any problems transferring a 10-14 digit vin car from FL to PA?|||hmm far as I know non DOT compliant you cannot drive it on the street? this a trailer queen or a race car or what? it has a title does it have registration and license plates for street use?|||I would look that up on the PA website.
