i want to buy the olympus sp 590 uz and it retails 499 can get around 350, but found import for 240. i know about lacking in warrranty, i am fine with that, i can buy a warranty, but about the camera itself, will the functions on it be in english?|||the grey market ones suck, often don't work, and they are in chinese or japanese. so unless you can read mandarin or japanese i would suggest avoiding it. also the instructions are in foreign languages, there are not warranties. so yes you will save 140 bucks, but you will still be losing the 350 bucks for something you can't really use.
also you can buy a warranty with the website not the company, and the websites aren't faithful to the warranty especially if the warranty costs a lot.
don't do it, pay the extra money for a real version on amazon or another trust worth website.
