However, if you are a member in the Auto Club they can assist you with the paperwork.. To register any vehicle you must have a CLEAR title.|||The DMV, I know there a pain but you have to deal with them anyway, so I guess that would be the best place to start, unless it is a classic you could be screwed, some of that overseas junk they just don't want on the roads over here,
