Is it safe to buy Sony Bravia CX520 32 inches from Grey market?

One of my known guy told me that he can bring me a Sony Bravia CX520 32 inches from Grey market @ a cost of 27000 Rupees without Bill but with dealer's gaurantee.





Is it advicable to buy such product.. please let me know what else i should check..
