The government does not "approve" business names. You can call your business anything you want as long as it does not infringe upon existing copyrights or trademarks. I suppose you know that "gray/grey market" is a term for the selling of something legal through unconventional or unintentional channels. Depending on your plans, Grey Market could be a clever name.|||You can call your company whatever you want as long as the name is approved by the Government. I do not think the name Grey is illegal in anyway.
You must do the name search. If no other business is using the name, it should be approved. Once the name is approved, you can then register it to make it legal.|||Depends on what you plan doing with it, non? Recommend you stick to doing something legal, moral and ethical. :o)
