Should I buy Sony HU and speakers from Maruthi dealer or from Gray market?

Hi, I am planning to install Music system to my ALTO LX. I enquired the prices of 2 rear speakers of 400w , 2 front speakers of 130w and CD-GTX680U. The Maruti dealer is asking for Rs.13500 and in Grey Market, the offer is for Rs.9000/- Should I buy from Maruti dealer or from Gray market? Pls. give your advice.|||Well the gray market it cheaper so I would be inclined to go for that! Although, there is the issue of warranties and stuff, so I'm not sure. I suppose it all boils down to if you have the money to spare. :)
