What problems will i have if i buy the htc desire hd from the grey market for eg. alfa?

apart from the no warranty issue will i have any problems with the htc sense ui?|||i think alfa now gives warranty for their products.you will have no problems at all.if you are getting product apart from alfa then check the product properly as it may be defective like the screen not working,problems of speakers etc.|||No problems except no warranty.
